Ajvar, yoghurt and a poached egg. Yum!
Fresh dill or other herbs
1. Poach one egg per serving.
2. While the egg is cooking add the ajvar to the bowl.
3. Spoon yogurt on the top of this.
4. Place the cooked egg on top of the yogurt.
5. Add some fresh herbs.
